Side events at the International Youth Tournament in Terborg
Once again Pelota Events was present at the international Youth Tournament in Terborg. As side event, we made sure that de kids could act out the tricks and movements that the top international players did on the field, back in the panna cage. They were also given clinics, which were made possible by our professional street football players. To top it all off, freestyler Rowdy Heinen gave a spectacular show before the finale between Cruzeiro and Ajax kicked off. After a 1-1 score at 90 minutes and overtime, penalties had to be taken. In the end, it was the Brazilians that took the win, who celebrated with singing, dancing and a long prayer in a circle around the Cup. At the end of the day even Dennis Bergkamp had a few spare minutes to accompany the Pelota team on a photo. A great weekend!
